Ordering

  • How do I place an order? Visit our website, add items to your cart, and complete checkout with your preferred payment method.

  • Can I change or cancel my order? You can cancel or change an order before it ships. Contact support@omisdes.com or +1 251-385-6054 ASAP.

Shipping

  • Where do you ship? We ship only within the United States (50 states + D.C.). We do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories.

  • How much does shipping cost? Shipping is free for all U.S. orders.

  • How long will my order take to arrive? Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery can take up to 7 business days after shipment.

  • Do you provide tracking? Yes. Tracking details are emailed once your order ships.

Returns & Refunds

  • What is your return policy? We accept returns for free within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition unless defective or damaged.

  • How do I return an item? Email support@omisdes.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send return instructions and a prepaid label when applicable.

  • When will I get my refund? Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the return. Expect the refund to appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • What if my item arrives damaged? Keep all packaging and contact support@omisdes.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

  • My package shows delivered but I didn’t receive it. What should I do? First check around your property and with neighbors. If still missing, contact support@omisdes.com so we can investigate with the carrier.

Product Safety & Age Recommendations

  • Are your toys safe? Yes. We prioritize toys made from non-toxic materials and that meet applicable U.S. safety standards. Always follow age and safety guidance listed on product pages.

  • How do I know what age a toy is appropriate for? Each product page includes the recommended age range and safety information. If you need help choosing, contact support@omisdes.com.

Exchanges

  • Can I exchange an item? Yes. For exchanges, contact support@omisdes.com. Depending on stock, exchanges may be processed as a return and a new order.

  • Do prices include tax? Prices on our site include applicable U.S. sales tax when required.
